Chairs are not comfortable

These chairs look very comfortable in picture but are not. They are very stiff and upright. They are also difficult to put together because the holes do not line up properly.

    I ordered $3,000 worth of chairs and had special instructions on the shipping and everything went perfect. I will be using officefurniture.com for every clinic that we open all over the US.

        Hello and thank you for the question. The seat pan is 20"W X 20"D. The arm height is roughly 7 inches taller than the seat pan. We hope this answers your questions.
