Am uncomfortable in the chair. The back part of the seat is higher than the center, so I am being pushed forward to the front of the chair.

I am a really handy person, and I struggled to get this chair properly assembled for the following reasons:
1. there is a screw to tighten that is underneath some of the main chair mechanism pieces. The included allen wrenches can't get to it, and a regular socket wrench doesn't have clearance either. I ended up buying another allen wrench to make it work.
2. the arms are so tight against the chair fabric.
3. When I put the chair into the base, I can't get it to have a level seat. The seat is pitched forward, and try as I might, I cannot get it level. I am sure it's everything to do with me, but the instructions don't clear this up for me at all.

Some day, I might get it to work and be able to review how it feels, but not yet.

The chair was relatively easy to put together. It took about 30 minutes, but a Philips head screwdriver was needed in addition to the provided allen wrench. The tabs on the side to adjust the height, tilt, back support, and seat extension could have been better explained. I am still having trouble making the seat in the position that I like.

In the future I would probably prefer to test out the chair in person instead of buying on-line. It is a decent chair, but I probably would have bought something different if I had tried it out in advance.

This chair was somewhat of a pain to assemble, but fortunately, I had my husband do that! Otherwise, no complaints with this chair!

I have purchased many of these chairs from Office Furniture.com. I ave been delighted with them. Some of these were purchased as the current chair being used 25+ years old, were replacements. Others were purchased for folks who had doctor notes for lumbar support. These folks are from all categories, tall/short; skinny/wide. The adjustments on this chair make it suitable for all employees.
