The Heritage Hill bookcase set is a lovely set and looks just as it is shown in the ad.
It is difficult and time consuming to put together, but it is also very sturdy and looks
great. For the price it is an excellent deal as long as you have the patience to put all
the pieces together. It is also a heavy unit so be sure you put it where you want it
the first time. The total weight of shipping was at about 200lbs. The shelves should
last and look great for many years to come. I bought them as a gift for my husband
and despite the assembly, he loves them.

I received this order, and assembled the furniture. The assembly was straightforward, but took quite a bit of time. Additionally, the bookcases arrived with some damage from (I presume) the delivery company. The damage was not a deal-breaker, and I am satisfied with the product. They look great. I am somewhat concerned, however, that some of the shelves are only rated for a 25lb capacity. I would have liked the capacity to be 50lbs for each shelf.

My husband and I have a substantial book collection, so we decided to turn our living room into a library. After searching high and low for a good product at a good price, we finally discovered these shelves! I have NO complaints whatsoever about this product, nor the company. The customer service with Office Furniture is absolutely wonderful! A person answers the phone when you call! Many of the reviews said that these shelves are difficult to assemble, but my husband and I had no trouble at all (and we are only moderately handy with tools, etc.). We put together 10 shelves in 4 days. There were a lot of pieces to these shelves, but we organized them all, and formed an assembly line. Our library looks fantastic thanks to these shelves!

Once it's put together (about 2 hours per unit) it looks just like the picture. For the cost, the quality is great. Perfect for the home office.
