We'd like to take the time to introduce one of our newest team members to the OfficeFurniture.com customer service team, Nicole Martins. Nicole joins us as a Customer Service Representative and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our customer service team.
I asked Nicole a few questions so we can all get to know a little bit more about her.
Can you give us a little insight on your background?
I worked in customer service all of my life. I graduated with a degree in travel and worked at Midwest Airlines, a travel agency, FIS, Assurant Health... and now I'm here!
What will your role be responsible for at OfficeFurniture.com?
I work in customer service helping customers with anything they need after the sale. This includes things like any troubles with a customer's order, shipping questions, etc.
What do you like about your job?
What I love about my job is that the customer interaction for the most part is positive. People love our furniture. Rarely do I get an upset customer, which is very different than all my other positions. I also love my co-workers. I've already made some really good friends and everyone is helpful and supportive. I also really enjoy working with my new supervisor, Joshua.
Any Hobbies Outside of Work?
Outside of work I love to go to concerts, go to movies and watch way too much TV. One year, I went to 80 concerts in just that year alone!
What else can you tell us about you?
I come from a small family. My dad retired as the chief of Franklin and he's my hero. I've never been more proud of him than when he saved my neighbor’s life. I'm also in love with their new puppy Cody (he looks like a teddy bear!) and my 17 year old cat, Shadow.
